Months of audits, drafting reports and schedules, responding to comment letters, reviewing financials, proofing EDGAR drafts and talking to SEC attorneys and audit partners paid off today. Our Form 10 went effective today. Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. is officially a fully reporting SEC company!
"We thought it would be this week, but found out today that the SEC is going to require us to finish the June 30 year end audit, which will be in about 3 weeks, and file an Amendment to the Form 10 with current information. Once that is done, they will issue a "No Further Comment" Letter and we can uplist to the OTC QB."
