Company Leases 10,000-Square-Feet of Industrial Space in Milford
MILFORD, CT — Jon Angel, President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., announces the lease of 10,000 square-feet of industrial flex space at 98 Quirk Road in Milford, CT, to Specialty Coating Systems, Inc.
With over 40 years of Parylene engineering and applications expertise, Specialty Coating Systems is a world leader in Parylene conformal coating technologies, providing coating services for demanding applications within the medical device, electronics, automotive and military industries. Their worldwide headquarters are located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
“The building was a perfect fit for Specialty Coating Systems,” states Angel who represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction. “Their parent company, Kisco Ltd. was the former tenant.”
