Huffman has documented 6 different emails and notices to arrange a time to allow the defendant to depose Kyle and depose Volentine as stated in the last court proceeding by the Judge on July 7.
Volentine is now GUILTY of NOT Conducting the Depositions as AGREED in Front of the JUDGE on July 7
Who is AFRAID NOW?
It sure looks like the case is closed and SFRX

The Florida Bar is not to Intervene in Civil Litigation and Thus may not Re-open cases that have already been decided in civil court......
Further, The Florida bar is not authorized to Second Guess the judicial branch regarding decisions made during the course of litigation
