The new office, situated in Philadelphia's northwestern suburbs, is over 80,000 sq.ft. which is 60% larger than the current Ashfield workspace. The expected move is scheduled for March 2017 after construction of the new space is completed in February.

Healthcare services company McKesson Corporation (NYSE:MCK) reported on Friday that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the pharmaceutical distribution division of UDG Healthcare (UDG) based in Northern Ireland (United Drug Sangers) and the Republic of Ireland (United Drug) for a purchase price of EUR408m in cash.
