That's the same exact thought I had ! Bill has said multiple times in the past about revenue to reduce share structure. I feel (can't say know) that he will do a huge share buyback and get us out of debt and this will take place sooner than later.
I also suspect that he will not do a RS until we see a nickel or more. Of course at that point a RS would be smart and necessary and leave this OTC BS behind us. So long and strong here !
