Have maybe a dumb thought or theory On what I think is partly going on here.
It is totally in conection with this long drawn out legal case battle/process (s).
Reason to keep the PPS down even when they will eventually LOSE to me is two fold.
1. Limit or keep low the amount legal fees to Sullivan that they will be liable for as Sullivan accepted options at $1.70 as payment.
2.Limit or keep low any future damage awards to CTIX
What would these two be IF the PPS was least say over $5 when the final ruling by the JUDGE is made ??? If I were ROSEN Law Firm , it would concern me.
