I spoke to David like 20 minutes ago and here's the scoop:
My first question was regard the R/S, and yes there will be one, and yes it will be sooner than later. That's about all there is to say on that. However, he insisted no one worry and that shareholders will stand to benefit from it moving forward.
New CFO hired. Former CFO of a $100m NASDAQ company. Good man.
He said he'll be stopping by the accounting firm to check on audits within the next few days. Hank being out, the acquisitions, the restructuring, the litigation, and the CFO hiring have been eating up his time, but he said it's all mostly behind them and that they are finally accelerating.
Good new is they are sitting on a hefty bank account, loans are restructuring, and new acquisitions are almost in the clear.
He said there will be a PR soon and it's already typed up.
