I would win the lawsuit, do nothing that could interfere with the rightful outcome. Appropriately PR outcomes of completed stages of human trial results, the company status and future plans. Continue to spend my time updating and negotiating with the multiple interested pharms to insure that when all the pieces produces a product(s) that are ready for partnership, pull the trigger on the agreement. After the ink has dried, inform the public. The chat rooms will say whatever they want in the interim and people will be placing their bets in the casino called the stock market.
