A lot of longs here (myself included) are focused mainly on the company successfully becoming officially designated by the SEC as a fully reporting company. This is the big step. The move to the OTCQB is in the bag once that hurdle has been cleared, so it's often stated that the company is uplisting even though a minor formality remains.
