certain *staff* is clearly bought and paid for re: CEs' targeting heavily manipulated OTC stox
the irony of course is the CEs' focus is no longer CONsigned to just the OTC
13 platforms *there* .. provides all sorts of ambiguity and opportunities
and due to *incentives* certain morons within the sec remain as obstructionists
