(OTC:AMIN) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, American International Texas Properties, Inc. entered into a contract for sale of the 15.80 acres on Airport Blvd in Houston, Harris County, Texas. The property is being purchased for the purpose of building a school.

(OTCQB:AMIN) ("American" or the "Company" today announced the signing of a settlement agreement to resolve a dispute between the Company, Daniel Dror and Mr. & Mrs. Wolinsky, whereby the Wolinsky's received $131,081 plus an additional $3,500 in interest as payment in full of the principal balance of a $200,000 secured promissory note. The Wolinsky's returned 17,940 shares of the Company's common stock as part of the settlement agreement. The parties resolved all their differences amicably and further the parties resolved all claims by and between them.

The District Court cases were Cause No. 2014-74771 in the District Court of Harris County, Texas 157 Judicial District and Cause No. 2015-00708 in the District Court of Harris County, Texas 11 Judicial District. The Wolinsky's dismissed their claims after American filed a motion to dismiss under the Texans Citizen's Participation Act, which is commonly referred to as "Anti-SLAPP" statutes. SLAPP stands for "Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation".
