Nexus Energy Services Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets:NESI) announced today the Company has signed a definitive agreement merging NESI with Illegal Restaurant Group Inc. (IBGR), a Holding Company for Colorado Based restaurant chain, Illegal Burger LLC. The parties have signed a definitive agreement dated April 1, 2015, to merge IBGR into the Nexus Energy Services Inc. (NESI) public company.
