IF George had permits in place a manufacturing facility could be constructed and handed over in 6-months. Typically the construction of this type of facility utilizes prefabricated tilt-up walls or premanufactured building solutions. The infrastructure would include unit ventilators that would be just dropped into the space, toilet rooms and power distribution to the equipment (large spaces with very basic construction).
I’m have no understanding how long it would take to acquire the actual manufacturing equipment but the lead time would be the same onsite or at a separate location.
In theory George could stage the manufacturing starting at the existing facility and expanding into the new space upon completion.
To achieve these types of results George would need to work with an engineer using a design build model but this is done all of the time…
