Why don't they have them yet? Trouble getting a recovery permit?
I hear there's only one person to get a new recovery permit in the last 30 years from FBAR. Not renewed or grandfathered in but a NEW recovery permit.
Well, good luck with the French ship. Military wreck?
Meanwhile I'll stay right where I am. While historical value is great, I'd prefer a ship with some monetary value to it for now.
