I would love to focus on the positive if there is one. Until BB (and also in this case Faro) reassign the FlatPack AND N-Assay patent(s) "assignee" status to Nanologix inc. then the company as well as shareholder own nothing. And as far as royalty arrangements go --- BB won't put out the terms of the royalty contract for the FlatPacks as well as the N-Assay. All of the pump-pump in the world isn't going to change the fact that BB, is NOT doing his fiduciary duty looking after the company as well as the shareholders. For all you know (and until BB states otherwise) he could be giving himself a 60/70/80 % royalty and that's why he won't put out financials nor the royalty contract. You must take the rest of us shareholders for blind following fools.
