and it will be 4 weeks b4 we see that data if ARCA actually does the trade
again they count on retail being clueless and having the attention span of a toddler
to me .. understanding that *they* show what they want .. when they want
is akin to the old story of the emperor's new clothes

it's all about conditioning retail .. and that is why documentation showing
that *decoys* do less than 5% in reported monthly volume but *show*
