Exactly, and anyone that has watched small companies run the gauntlet knows that what we have here IS NOT massive dilution. Dilution yes, but massive dilution, IMHO, is much greater in share count and occurring while a company still has no revenues and little hope of actually generating any. They keep selling shares just to pay salaries to themselves their shyster cohorts as they make up stories about how great their efforts will pay off so someone will buy.
This company will soon be generating sales revenues that will squash the debt like a pesky skeeter. The potential for them to become huge is far better IMHO than it was for Monster, Red Bull or 5 Hr. Energy. Just securing the brand name Rocky Mountain High was a huge win all by itself. Now we'll be marketing a naturally alkaline spring water that actually comes from the ancestral Rocky Mountains! Big things are coming. Not easy, not instant, but coming nevertheless. Hold what you have and add if you can. Long & Strong Rocky Mountain High Brands!
