Coates receives 41k for more toxic debt.
I thought he said he wasnt going to do any more of these notes?
that didn't take too long.
They must be extremely cash strapped still. They can prepay the note within 6 months for 60k. or its converted into shares.
So I one hand we have the imminent major news
and on the other hand we have toxic debt
Man, they really need some real financing.
