Dear Mr. Sheppard,

In the last PR you stated the TA meeting was postponed until Aug 10th, which has come and gone. Will you be updating shareholders as to the Rigo approval determination soon?

Thank you for your reply!

Hi xxxxx

Those reverse splits are due to reverse mergers, that is not applicable to DLCR today.

We have a number of financing facilities in place that are covered by convertible notes, whilst we cannot control their decisions we can influence when they convert.

Regards

Warren Sheppard

Thank you very much for the reply! I have 2 other questions and then I will not bother you again... 1st, I have noticed every 2-3 years there has been a reverse split with this company and it is now been 3 years since the last one. Would you be able to confirm there will not be a RS in the near future nor an increase in shares before shareholder value has been created with the approval(s) and/or an increase in revenue has been obtained?

Thank you again for your reply!

xxxxxx xxxxxxx
