Judge Failla WILL NOT RULE on sanctions until the
Post# of 72440
There is NO timetable that requires the judge to rule at any specific time.
The Appeals Court will get the Rosen BS in September. Then CTIX rebuts. Then Appeals Court rules.
Judge Failla will NOT rule on sanctions until the Appeals Court has its say. If they say "proceed to trial," then Judge F will put out a 1-pager saying "sanctions denied."
If the Appeals Court rules as I expect, and says, "Rosen, you're idiots, get out of here," Judge F will have to write another long masterpiece putting sanctions on Rosen. She's not going to want to do that immense amount of work until she knows what the Appeals Court says.
This is a totally bogus discussion, started by a basher to focus attention away from the brilliant detailing of exactly why Rosen's behavior fits the "abusive litigation" law.
