imo this *playbook* has been the norm on the poorly watched but always
manipulated OTC for at least a decade now .. and i have to believe that
the SEC isn't quite that incompetent .. certain employees bought and paid for
absolutely .. which is why i suspect this effort out of Cellceutix's mgmt will
be the baseline for more *targeted* OTC companies fighting back ~ going forward

we all know that *most* can be outlasted (mgmt teams/legit OTC co.s and retail investors)

but it is also crystal clear to me that SEC needs to implement true/total transparency

imo they can't do that without imploding the entire market .. so i expect *change*
is en route by 2020
