"Breach of Fiduciary Duty" - as a shareholder we have the right to sue Bill Chaaban for dropping our Zoning and License appeal. Another words Bill has a fiduciary duty to his shareholders to litigate and present our case and fight for our zoning and license.
I fought hard for over two years knowing Lakeshore and HC acted arbitrary in there actions against us. As a shareholder we have a right to be heard and Bill Chaaban has a fiduciary duty to appeal and litigate for a license and zoning.
It is not right for our CEO to just give up our Appeal without being heard. We shareholders have a right to Judicial Review, and Bill has a Fiduciary Duty to bring that review.
