The key word is.... "all" .... you didn't even attempt to think...did you? How many polls are there?...... as in...how many polls is she citing as being "all polls"?
I guess she thinks that it's just these polls:

So....obviously......he is correct...and she is incorrect given the use of the word ........ "all" ....
