Clearly, they do not want to override Congress and threw the ball right back at them. It is now pretty obvious as well that it will be removed from any schedule and like tobacco, alcohol, etc., will be governed, from state to state, which, IMO , is exactly as it should be.
The fact that double digit numbers of states have some sort of regulation up for vote this year , to me , clearly says that the congress will have to face the issue soon. JMO of course. GLTA
