Airbus has 3 different export banks that provide services to their customers. Right now, Boeing has zero," Swaine argues, "Our competitors are not as impacted because they're international, and they have their own international export-import support contracts and vehicles that allow them to do business."
Swaine argues many small Alabama companies who do business with Boeing are also at risk without the Ex-Im Bank's full authorization.
