goober555: I post the numbers reported to FINRA and compiled by them at the end of the day as requested by the SEC. These numbers come from the market makers. It is all our brokerage firms that end up being short and they are supposed to buy in those short positions until good delivery is obtained.
They don't and that is a travesty. Couple the rigged system with mandatory arbitration and a perfect world for those willing to steal from those whom they have a fiduciary duty to protect and serve exists. Abusive naked shorting is criminal and needs to be banned as it was in Europe. The SEC did it in the 2008 financial crisis to protect the financal firms from being abusively naked shorted into bankruptcy as Lehman was. Curious thing that those responsible for doing that were not prosecuted and you can be sure the regulators knew
who did it. T'm still hoping we will get news on our NTGL shares being delivered and that were it to be followed by the spinoff of Ultraflix would be telling. Go NTEK!!!
