Mike you may be correct. I have a friend who decided to dollar cost avg his current 80K shares ( .09 pre-split) by buying 20K after split shares to give him 100K shares at lower avg. He said the ask was at .034 so he bid .03 and was pissed that the shares fell below .03. Longs are buying but not at ask which is also effecting the pps with lower and lower bids.
