Called my other brokerage over my Roth...and transfer
He asked... how much I was expecting to transfer...I told him. Well I wasn't sure...The CEO at ENTI was expressing $2-5 as the price. However the one time CFO and a few were going to file a class action, many years ago. So I sent the CFO my account stuff, for the class action after explain my divvy's were 3 weeks late on a immediate release. Afterward the CFO suggested I file a SEC complaint. So I did based on $5, for $250,000,000.00.
Told the broker I had 3 Certs coming yet and then the shares in the account with them...then the 240 reported shorts at PTEL I suspected those were certs.
They suggested I wait to transfer...
Did some fuzzy math the other day based on a 5% divvy payout on a 30 Billion SS at ENTI and got 1.5 Billion the CFO surrendered 1,469 Billion with paper from my understanding and took a $900,000.00 write off So I come up with 31 Million. ENTI:US said 34.068 Million. I only have 14.8 or so million and 3 MIA certs in 2 accounts, 6 million and 1 cert being in my Roth. Then my DUTV shares and PTEL shares only about 4 million mix bag in both accounts
With my Roth.the price has to be at .10 to even start trading and then only equal to the average daily volume until the price is at $2.
I guess I'll pay a few bills at .10... 6k should pay off everything with my other account. Then I guess it's a waiting game ?
Yes, I can understand being stoked... I have a feeling though, it might take 999.99 days for my 3 MIA certs to be found. So based on the Fundamentals...maybe I'll see my hypothetical $250,000,000.00 some day ? No hurry...Retired just need to pay my bills...don't like having debt.
