Chino Commercial Bancorp Announces 20% Stock Dividend

Chino Commercial Bancorp (OTC:CCBC) announced today that the Board of Directors has approved a 20% stock dividend. The dividend is issuable on or about June 27, 2016 to shareholders of record as of June 6, 2016. The dividend will increase the number of outstanding shares of the Company by approximately 205,059 bringing the total shares outstanding to approximately 1,231,408. This will be the Company's third stock dividend since inception in 2000.

Net income per basic share for the first quarter of 2016 was $0.38 as compared to $0.31 for the same quarter last year.

Net income per basic and diluted share for the fourth quarter 2015 was $0.31, as compared to $0.26 for the same quarter last year. The Company's income for the year ended December 31, 2015 increased 16.5% to $1,327,370 or $1.29 per basic and diluted share, as compared with net earnings of $1,139,773 or $1.11 per basic and diluted share for the same period in 2014.

The cause for the reduction was the recognition of extraordinary income of $130,000 through the reversal of Loan Loss Reserve in 2014, which did not reoccur in 2015. Net income excluding extraordinary items for the second quarter was $340,752 or an increase of $57,814 or 20% over $282,938 for the same quarter last year.

Net income for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 decreased 11.5% to $261,887 from $295,970 for quarter ended December 31, 2013. Net income per basic share and fully diluted share was $1.30 for the year ended December 31, 2014, a 21.2% increase over $1.13 per share for the year ended December 31, 2013. Earnings per basic share and diluted share for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2014 were $0.30 as compared to $0.36 for the fourth quarter of 2013.
