Sullivan information against Rosen Firm is posted, then a troll appears again attempting to write with a phony accent. Cause and effect.
It should be clear to all that this troll is trying to divert attention from the extreme disaster that is in store for the Rosen Firm and Mako in the not-too-distant future. Rosen gets till the end of September to respond (Labor Day weekend, ya know, judge gave them extra time), and then in early October Sullivan takes another shot. Then the judge rules.
It is possible that she may have to defer ruling until the Rosen Firm's appeal gets thrown out by the Appellate Court. Or she may rule but stay the implementation of the order until the Appellate Court rules. I don't know the Federal court's rules on something like this -- it's pretty unusual. Usually companies just pay the greenmail instead of fighting back. Kudos to Leo Ehrlich for fighting these guys, and being so smart as to get a great, big-time law firm involved.
Fake Texan troll comments will be left up for awhile because it's the dead of summer and that used to be called the "silly season" back in the days before air conditioning.
