All I can say is, next to the PolyMedix buy, Leo's most brilliant move was getting the Ashcroft firm involved in this. The motion for sanctions doesn't say much that we didn't already know about the process, but it's laid out so clearly and beautifully (he even made a chart of each of Rosen's claims, and why it was false) that I don't see any way the Judge would NOT impose sanctions.
One of the points Sullivan makes right at the beginning is that the precedent is that the judge has a DUTY to impose sanctions in these kinds of cases. I expect the brilliant Judge Failla to do just that. Safe Harbor Statement: in my opinion
