The stock price probably remained steady because the PR only announced that a deal was in the making. When a PR is released containing specifics of an actual signed contract we may see a temporary, sharp move up. IMO, the real pop is most likely to occur when actual sales and income are reported on a 10-Q report.
The next one is due out in November. Depending on when/if a contract is signed and China's readiness for production, we may see some action by then. Hold on to that rabbit foot.
