Another entertaining little snippet. I am finding this therapeutic, and also we're getting a few more details about what happened, so am posting some juicy tidbits for you:

Shortly after being contacted by the Rosen Law Firm, counsel for Defendants, on or about October 23, 2015, sent a 14-page communication explaining why it was unreasonable for the Rosen Law Firm to rely upon the on-line posting as a basis for filing a federal class action, see Ex. 2, at 6-8, and that a reasonable inquiry would have shown that the complaint as whole was legally and factually deficient and should be dismissed, id. at 9-12, 14. Instead of withdrawing the amended complaint, the Rosen Law Firm opted to continue to pursue Defendants with its class action lawsuit.
