It's probably why they tried to sell shares right off the bat......or dilution as some may refer to it as....
They knew their opponents were going to try to drive the share price back down ....
Get the bills out of the way right up front while the share price was reasonable.
Issue shares to employees , doesn't matter where the share price is then, because whatever plan they have will hopefully raise the share price substantially when the decide to release their plan in detail.
This is a knock down drag out. You don't tell your opponent.. "ok...I'm going to throw a punch to your face now....ready ?? ".......you let them find out the hard way.
You better believe NTEK has adversaries that are going to do everything they can to try to make this company fail. And their doing everything they can to get the company to release information that will help them accomplish that end.
They play on your emotions and try to get you to act in their best interests, not yours...
ANd they got people everywhere trying to shake out info whatever they can.
SHort term price does not matter right now...it's manipulated anyway ......
Yes,,,,,it's beating the crap out of a lot of investors that have a lot of money invested...including me...I haven't quite hit the 90% club yet ...but close.....
My opinion is that in the long term, it's going to pay off. NTEK is in this to make money...just like we are.
There are people trying to make you think your being ripped off by the company.
That doesn't make a lot of sense to me....there's a whole lot more money to be made if this venture succeeds. Assuming of course that management isn't totally incompetent...and imho...I don't believe that is the case. Some may disagree....but it's your God given right to feel that way if you want....
It's a matter of executing on their plan and I am in the corner that say they will be able to do just that...
But,,,guess that's a matter of ones personal opinion. You have to invest based on your own DD. I hope to hell I'm right...I don't think these guys are in this game to fail.....
When I bought into this gamble, I didn't expect the company to meet my time table for them to be successful......I just expect and hope for them to do it in a reasonable amount of time....
