The market isn't showing overwhelming excitement f

The market isn't showing overwhelming excitement for the news. No change in SP, low volume, and a fairly vague PR. Good news in there I suppose, 2,000 units described as ramp-up, not selling out entirely to the Chinese government, and allegedly interest and/or orders for units that weigh 32-40k pounds. These massive units should carry a steep price tag which sounds great but components, time to market and delivery will prove long and costly. Here's to hoping we sell 1000 considerably smaller units for every semi truck sized unit!
