Manipulated down again by small sacrificial sells of 10K>40K to enable waiting bid of about 750K to fill at .0045.
VNDM still at .02 - where he stayed all day yesterday - no convertible debt selling at present.
When a spread develops so that bidders have no hope of filling, watch for slaps on the ask to move it up.
