It is not a fact when a journalist mis-states something. Period.
No one plans a Plase 2A study if they think the drug doesn't work.
Dr. Bertolino says he is planning a Phase 2A study.
THAT is a fact.
It is not a mis-statement by a journalist who failed to research the subject properly, or misunderstood what he was told in the interview (whichever possibility caused his error).
