GOP Rep. Marino: The Clintons Are 'Pathological Li

Rep. Tom Marino (R-PA) is part of the GOP effort to look into whether Hillary Clinton committed perjury when she testified before Congress about her private email server.
House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) and Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) laid out the allegations in a letter Monday to the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia.
They argued that Clinton's 2015 congressional testimony is "incompatible with the FBI's findings."
Comey said before Congress that it was "not true" when Clinton said she did not send or receive any emails "marked classified." He also said Clinton did not turn over all work-related emails, despite saying she did so.
Marino, a former prosecutor, said this afternoon on America's Election HQ that he wants answers about what is going to be done about Clinton's multiple lies.
Marino believes that the notes from Clinton's interview with the FBI will show that she was not truthful with Congress.
"If she lied to Congress, she perjured himself. Therefore, she can be prosecuted and spend as long as 10 years in prison for doing that. This has to be handled," he said, adding that the FBI and Justice Department are "taking direction from the White House" in not going after Clinton.
Marino said he and many Americans are "fed up" with the way this has been handled. He called the Clintons "pathological liars" who believe that the American people "aren't smart enough to figure this out."
"There was so much evidence there to indict [her] and it wasn't done," said Marino.
