One of the Asst Mods here called the TA today and confirmed that the O/S has not changed since July 14, 2016.
There is absolutely no need for a R/S in the medium term as claimed by the usual suspects talking nonsense on iHub. In the event of the need to issue more convertible debt shares - much less likely now that there are 4 established revenue streams - the O/S could be increased by almost 50% within the current A/S.
In addition to the recent example of VPOR as an .0001 ask stock that ran to .0016 on no news or updated product information, yet another .0001 ask stock has in the last 2 days had all it's .0001 ask bought out - with an instant bid of 215M at .0001 on the uptick to .0002 - had all it's .0002s bought out and the .0003s started today. Again, the key to that today was those who had loaded it at both .0001 and .0002 were disciplined enough not to stack the ask at the next level.
It will be interesting to see going forward whether more people cancel their .0002 ask on Level 2 and at what point - in the days, weeks or months ahead - those who have loaded it start buying .0002s as well to get it going. The last time it was .0002 on the ask, when the move started it was bought out in minutes.
