(OTC Pink: GGLR) - Jean Roy, CEO and Chairman of GeoGlobal Resources, Inc. announced today that a potential investor in the company, Key Capital, has purported to take control of the company and to dismiss management and the current board based on what the company believes to be false documentation. Mr. Roy states that negotiations with Key Capital over the past several months have not resulted in a mutually acceptable investment agreement and that he is baffled by Key Capital's press release of today's date. The company intends to pursue the matter in court to obtain a declaration that the current management and board are acting with proper authority and remain in control of the company and its operations.
