Does anyone know when the "exclusive license" for the flat pack expires? Is it 1 year, 5, 10 or any other time limit? When it expires it reverts back to the owner to do what he wants. There is a time limit. What is the royalty amount? Bad arrangement for shareholders as it takes money out of the company when it can least afford it. I believe the flat pack and n assay belong or should belong to the company and any other arrangement is not in sharholders interest. Look at all the other nanologix patents. They are all assigned to the company. Something just smells bad with the current arrangements. For those buried in shares, I hope I'm wrong. What's the company hiding? At some point in time I can see an agreement being made, not with Nanologix but the patent owners and others. Shareholders will be left holding the bag. Just an opinion based on the facts as I know them.
