I am a little confused about this CEN Ukraine. Is it part of CEN biotech? The report states that Bill founded CEN Ukraine...as part of CEN biotech,or a separate venture? Common sense tells me it would not be disclosed in the filing if it is not part of CEN biotech Canada. Little help.
Also, anybody else think it is strange that there is no mention of the S-1 being in progress.
