I don't disagree with what you're saying but it would be interesting to know that if there has been a possible dilution of another 1.2 billion shares, who has those shares, what amount was the loan associated with it, what is the timeframe when they can start to sell those shares, and if Nick K is actually looking for means to finance production is there a plan to pay off that or those loans such that the shares never hit the market.
Although that may have been in the 10Q, I didn't notice an SEC filing about such a transaction describing that number of shares. As you've seen me write about in the past I still ask, where is the half mil deposit that was sent from China and why wouldn't that cash be used rather than toxic loans ? And not to beat a dead horse, why hasn't that revenue been recognized in the financial statements ?
So anyway, that's what I'd like answers to.
