Not sure if anyone read the last 10-Q but it mentions that "as of August 8, 2016, the Registrant had 2,595,183,814 shares of its common stock, par value $0.0001 per share issued and outstanding."
If that's true, since May 10th, 2016 they diluted 1,200,000,000 shares or roughly doubled the outstanding shares.
I am extremely nauseated by this because at this point, the dilution looks to be perpetual in nature as this stock gets suffocated day after day. Does anyone know why this would be taking place? While I passionately dislike like Hulk on Ihub, I really hate to admit it but he has been pretty much spot on.
Definitely would like to get different perspectives. Thanks.
