Yeah, that would be at the 60 day mark from resubmission. The actual move to the OTCQB tier may not occur immediately following the reclassification to "fully reporting". As someone pointed out a while back, there may be some formalities like the submission of an application, which can only occur after the official fully reporting designation has been granted, that push the actual board change out a couple of weeks or so. Nevertheless, it's in the bag once the SEC has given them the nod. Hopefully we get the checkered flag this time. Jerry probably already saw it.
