Denny to pay off the convertibles + have enough funding
for rest of this years GROWTH PLANS they have to go
close to 100M O/S with what I've got figured.
We're at 92+M O/S now and that might be enough but
I figure we'll see a little more and I think IF there is going to
be more they will get it out of the way here before
end of AUG.
IMO the KEY going forward into 2017 is they have
to prove they can get UF over the 1M user mark by eoy,
because that's the threshold level where I believe
UF cash flow coming in can fuel GROWTH going
forward in 2017 without the need for anymore
significant dilution.
I think they can achieve UF 1M mark with successful deployment
of 4K+HDR+Major CONTENT Deals+Major marketing
initiative bringing in a High Profile Sales Exec which
imo is what we'll see.
