AKA the GOP 'base'. Not all Republicans are the above, but virtually all of the above find a 'home' on the right and, when they vote, they vote GOP.
It's the not so 'grand bargain' that the GOP struck when it implemented the notorious 'Southern Strategy', since apologized for by an RNC Chairman; but still the de facto GOP electoral strategy.
More accurately, now the Southern/Great Plains/N. Rocky Mountains/PA Unicorn Strategy.
