Hi everyone, this is Barry Mezey who was supposed to merge with PRPM back in 2013. I am looking for a shell on PINK sheets to do a reverse merger if you know of any shells willing to do an equity deal. I have over 40M$ in hard assets I can place into the shell and over 1M$ per year in revenues with a viable business. I have no interest in buying a shell.
