LMFAO!!! No. Why would anyone who ever was short not have covered? PTOI is a thinly traded dead POS that's dropped 99.99%. There's only 2 pennies left on the table.
This POS doesn't even do $300.00 in trades on an average day. There's no money to be made by holding short, unless one wants to pay thousands of dollars in margin fees to try to make a less money than the cost of transaction fees.
