The lawsuit is "old news" in that it addresses precisely why Sullivan and Loppert left the company months ago. Delgado is not named for a reason, namely, he had nothing to do with the SEC's allegations. Yes, the company has been named, but that is a formality and the company, as is its wont in such circumstances, can and will counter and clawback whatever disgorgement it's assessed from the defendants named therein, namely Sullivan and Loppert (to that end, the Company can and will negotiate down the disgorgement/interest penalties).
Meanwhile, the legal case versus Rontan remains, as it always has been since Rontan breached its agreement with GDSI, quite sound. The breach of contract penalties that GDSI is owed due to Rontan's reckless and tortious fraud is not reflected in the current share price and this in and of itself is a catalyst that the clowns over at ihub are overlooking.
